Housing Counseling & Education
BALANCE is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and National Intermediary. Our counselors are HUD certified and uphold National Industry Standards. We offer a variety of services to support clients through their housing journey, including housing workshops, 1-on-1 counseling, and referrals to additional resources.
